REFUND POLICY

Please read carefully, as these are subject to change and update.

Refunds Will Only Be Issued If:

  • I am unable to complete the commission due to personal or technical issues.
  • The client requests a cancellation before any work has begun (full refund).
  • There is a clear violation of agreed-upon terms on my part.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The commission is already in progress.
  • You change your mind or are unsatisfied with the final piece due to lack of clear initial instructions.
  • You fail to respond within a reasonable time (ghosting or abandonment).
  • The refund is requested after the artwork is delivered.

⚠️ Chargebacks Are Not Permitted.

Any chargeback attempt will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions and possible reporting to payment platforms.
